PRICES AND CHECKOUT
BLACKOUTZ prices are set in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the storefront are estimates only. The custom payment-review screen shows the order before Tip4Serv or its payment provider displays the protected payment controls. BLACKOUTZ does not receive or store your card or PayPal details.
OPTIONAL DONATIONS AND FREE EVENT REWARDS
Donations made through listed products and subscriptions help fund BLACKOUTZ server hosting, maintenance, development and community events. A completed donation provides the digital benefit described on the selected card. Donating is not required to access the server, play or participate in the community.
Every listed gameplay reward can also be earned free through eligible BLACKOUTZ community events and challenges. Event entry, eligibility, winner selection and the available reward follow the rules published for each event. Donating does not improve a player's event eligibility or chances of winning.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
Products marked “monthly” renew through Tip4Serv until cancelled. The recurring amount is shown again before payment. Follow the instructions in your Tip4Serv receipt or contact BLACKOUTZ support before the next renewal date if you need help cancelling.
NO CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS
BLACKOUTZ does not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, makes an accidental purchase, does not use or claim a digital reward, or no longer wants a subscription or supporter purchase after payment. Please verify the product, player details, billing type and price before completing checkout.
This policy does not exclude any refund, replacement or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and purchases materially different from their description are assessed individually through BLACKOUTZ Discord support under applicable law and the payment provider's rules. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund earlier charges unless a refund is legally required.
SUPPORTER PURCHASES AND Z-POINTS
The Supporter Role is a digital supporter purchase with a US$1 minimum and includes the stated BLACKOUTZ community role. Z-Points are non-redeemable digital rewards used exclusively within the BLACKOUTZ gaming environment for entertainment purposes. They are closed-loop, cannot be converted to cash or transferred for real-world value, and are not cryptocurrency, stored value or an investment. All products remain subject to Tip4Serv's current platform rules and any required publisher approval.
PRIVACY
The player-verification step collects your receipt email and in-game username and lets you connect Discord through Discord's official authorization screen. A signed and HTTP-only cookie can remember your Discord identity on this device for up to 90 days and renew when you return; you can sign out from the store header at any time. The raw Discord ID is not displayed in the browser. These details are sent to Tip4Serv only when checkout begins and are not saved in a BLACKOUTZ customer database. Your display-currency choice and unfinished checkout draft may be stored on your device. Basic security logs may be processed by the hosting provider. Tip4Serv, Discord and payment providers process information under their own policies.
